On a circular base presenting a step edged with leaves and a row of beads stand three one-footed female herms with a paw and outstretched wings, leaning against a column shaft uted at the top and wrapped at the bottom in a double row of overlapping laurel leaves. A tall cornice with a frieze of rosettes, leaves and palmettes runs around the drum supporting the marble top with an inverted carved lip. The surfaces are painted dark blue, the carvings and sculptures are gilded.
